History

From two trades to every system in the building.

Powerline began in plumbing and electrical services. Over fourteen years that grew into a multidisciplinary provider trusted across residential, commercial and industrial sectors — a reputation built on quality workmanship, safety and customer satisfaction.

Since 2018 we have expanded our capability to deliver integrated Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing solutions, combining engineering collaboration, design support, supervision and installation expertise. That growth broadened the offering to include fire systems, low current systems, energy auditing and compliance inspections.

Our mission is to create safe, compliant and resource-efficient environments that not only meet regulatory standards but improve the sustainability and functionality of every facility we serve. By continuously revamping and modernising systems, we keep buildings efficient, secure and future-ready.

Vision

To be South Africa's most trusted provider of integrated infrastructure and compliance solutions, creating safe, sustainable, and future-ready environments for communities and businesses.

Mission

We deliver excellence in safety inspections, energy management, electrical and plumbing services, fire systems, and low current solutions. Through innovation, compliance, and customer-focused service, we ensure every facility operates efficiently, securely, and sustainably.

Skills

Multidisciplinary expertise in installation, maintenance and contracting.

As a ground-work company we focus on the practical execution of engineering solutions, making sure designs become safe, compliant, high-quality facilities rather than well-intentioned drawings.

Our technicians and site staff bring extensive experience in site management and technical delivery, having worked both internally and with diverse clients. Through close collaboration with engineers, construction firms and contractors, we provide reliable, hands-on solutions that bridge the gap between design and final project delivery.

How we work

From the consultant's drawing to a signed-off building.

Powerline is the execution layer between design and delivery. Five steps, each producing a document you can hold.

  1. 01 · Assess

Site survey, compliance inspection, thermographic scan or energy audit. We establish what the building actually does before anyone quotes on it.

    Findings report with severity ratings

  2. 02 · Design support

We work alongside your engineers, consultants and contractors, turning drawings into a buildable, compliant scope.

    Agreed scope and programme

  3. 03 · Install

Ground-work execution by our own technicians, under our own site management, to the specified standard.

    Installed and tested systems

  4. 04 · Certify

Testing and verification to SANS, with the certificate and traceable documentation in your hands.

    Certificate of Compliance

  5. 05 · Maintain

Planned maintenance, monitoring and responsive repair that keeps the asset performing and the paperwork current.
