The problem

A concealed leak does not announce itself on the plumbing. It announces itself on the municipal account, then on the ceiling, then on the structure. Wet services are also where the two most avoidable losses in a building live: water that is paid for but never used, and a geyser that fails on a Sunday. Plumbing is where Powerline began, and it is still where we find the fastest savings.

Geysers and hot water

Supply, replacement and repair of geysers and hot water systems, including compliant installation, temperature and pressure safety, and heat-pump or solar alternatives where they pay back.

Gas installations

Gas installation, alteration and repair with testing and issue of the Certificate of Conformity.

Leak detection and metering

Thermographic and acoustic leak detection on concealed lines, plus water metering and sub-metering for accurate usage monitoring and fair recovery.

Do I need a plumbing Certificate of Compliance?

Several municipalities require a plumbing certificate on transfer of property, and requirements differ between local authorities. We confirm what your municipality requires before quoting rather than after.

Can you find a leak without breaking the building open?

In most cases, yes. Thermographic scanning shows the temperature signature of a concealed hot or cold water leak through finishes, which lets us open one section instead of several.

Who issues a gas Certificate of Conformity?

A registered gas practitioner, after testing the installation. We carry out the installation and the certification together, so the paperwork is part of the job rather than a separate appointment.
